Just finished rebuild with velocity stacks and the rebuild kit but can't figure out where the vacuum plugs go, and having an issue with "pfft" sound when I start. Ideas?

@TJ  Thanks!  Got it all resolved and just posted a little video of it.  Can't wait to get the carb done and the velocity stacks installed.

Finally resolved the issues with the exhisting stock, stuck exhaust studs, etc, and got it mounted.  Carb hasn't been done yet.  That's next, have the performance kit ready to go.
