@Grant Blouw yeah i always turn off the petcock. safety and if the float gets stuck open you wont wash your cylinders and have to deal with that expensive fuck up.

@Ryan Schubach fuel delivery?  dual carb or single? are you sure the tank is vented properly? try doing the same with the cap off the tank. also, are you just trying to get out of the driveway...
