This Complete Performance Rebuild Kit is the only carburetor rebuild kit that includes literally everything you need to get your carburetors in the absolute best performing condition!
If you pick up one of these rebuild kits you do NOT need a Honda tuning kit as well.
Your carburetors can be a daunting task and even more so when you don't have the proper parts. That great barn find that has 200 miles on it has been sitting with carbs full of ancient fossil fuels for 15 years and now she's yours. Why mess around with trying to use corroded parts and old rubber seals when you can easily replace them and eliminate these parts as a source of Honda tuning headaches?!?! With this kit you can rebuild your own carbs to better than new condition!
This is the kit for dual carb models. For Single Carb Models, Click HERE
Does not fit VT700 or VT500 models.
This kit is intended to work with our velocity stacks and exhaust for VT600 and VT750 carbureted models. This kit may work with other aftermarket intakes and aftermarket exhaust systems that are more free flowing than stock.
Kit contains -
Our new kits have been upgraded with complete slide assemblies so you wont need to follow the below instructions unless you have one of our older versions of this kit.
You will need to remove the two plastic retainer rings on your stock slide in order to install the new diaphragms. A small set of dikes is all that's needed to clip them off. Install the diaphragm gently from the top of the slide. Be careful they can tear easily if you muscle them too hard or install them from the bottom. This diaphragm will hold itself in place in the channel at the top of your slide. When re-installing your slides, make sure the vent hole at the bottom of the slide is facing the cylinder head side of the carb.
Be very careful when installing these diaphragms, they are fragile and soft and can tear very easily.
Once the old diaphragm is removed, install the new diaphragm from the top of the slide don't attempt to shove the thing up from the bottom of the slide. This will guarantee you tear the slide! Use your fingernail to gently push the inner rib into the channel at the top of the slide. again the key word here is GENTLE!

I bought a 95 Shadow VLX on Life Support.. My entire family watched me slave endless nights trying to figure out how to bring it back to life..
I'd considered TJ Brutal Customs day by day but my stubborn ass thought i could do it for cheap with an amazon rebuild kit... yeah no.. it did not work.
and im stupid for trying it..
I later said F*** it and bought this Kit along with the Velocity Stacks and my bike is purring and talks to, and treats me better than my fiance.
I can now hit 85-90MPH on Highway. before i got this kit i was stuck at 40
Buy this you cheap bastard. and have fun!
I had an idiot friend who is a mEcHaNiC. I got to store my bike at his house because I live in the ghetto. Went to go ride one day and carb was half way out in my bike and leaking fuel everywhere. I think the autism got the better of my former friend and he needed to tinker like a crackhead. Long story short. He won't admit to breaking my shit. So thankfully I found TJ Brutal on YouTube during the lockdown of 2020 and already knew what to do. GET A TACH METER CHODES. It'll change your life.
Ordered the dual carb kit for my 94 VT600, came with everything I need to get tuning, quality is excellent and gives me the peace of mind that these parts are tried and trusted for this bike.
Don’t waste your time trying to buy one piece you think you need in order to save yourself money. Especially the float bowl gaskets, I personally bought All Balls and another brand and their gaskets wouldn’t fit right. These in this kit fit perfectly and were also thicker. Definitely should be the first thing you buy when you get a used vt600/750.
This performance kit is incredible, besides taking a short time to arrive in Europe, with the help of the videos on the YouTube channel, it is really simple to assemble everything... all that's left is to try it out... thanks for everything TJ
