Please be aware that due to Covid-19, stay-at-home orders, an astronomical increase in online ordering and the current protesting, you may experience delays in transit and shipping times. We ship most orders within 7-10 days, however many carriers are limiting how much we can ship out each week and we have no control over this. We are still shipping but please keep this in mind when considering shipping times.

By purchasing anything from this site you agree to the following terms and conditions and agree that you have read and understand them.
TJ Brutal Customs respects our customers’ information. This private and confidential information will never be shared with any outside affiliations for any reason.
We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation, refund, or return requests.
If you wish to cancel an order you may request to do so through the contact page, HERE. Request a cancellation/return/refund and we will happily help you out. Make sure you fill in the your order number (ex. TJ0000) or the email will not come through the system. We will reply with instructions on how to process the cancellation/return/refund. If a return is authorized you must pay any additional shipping charges. Once the items are received, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days. We do not refund your original shipping costs as they were already used in shipping the item to you. A refund may take up to 30 days to process depending on your banking institution, however, they are usually much quicker.
By purchasing from this website you agree not to file a dispute or claim with paypal or your card company without first contacting us. If a return is requested after 180 days from purchase, you may only be issued store credit if the return is approved. We cannot return items that we no longer stock.
In the event TJ Brutal Customs, LLC authorizes a return, the items may be subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with no damage. If items returned are used or damaged we cannot issue a refund. There may be a 20% restocking fee for non-custom items. If an item has been discontinued or we no longer carry it we can not authorize a return. All rubber products are non-warrantied, including vacuum plugs, slide diaphragms, tubes, tires, etc. Motion pro cables are non warrantied and if you do not lubricate them properly they will prematurely fail. All Shipping charges and fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to alter these terms at our discretion. If you purchase slide diaphragms or any kit including slide diaphragms, and you tear them on installation, we will not refund your purchase. The product page is clear on installation and we are not responsible for incorrect installation.
RETURN POLICY REGARDING SALES AND SALE ITEMS / PRICE CHANGES
**Items purchased during a sale cannot be cancelled or returned.**
If an order is placed before a price reduction or change of any kind the order cannot be credited the difference in price via refund or store credit. If an order is placed before a sale, an order cannot be cancelled and then placed again during the sale. As well, an order for an item placed before a sale cannot be credited the difference in price via refund or store credit in price once a sale is enacted on that item. If an order is placed during a pre-order sale, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations and returns cannot be processed for several items, shipping charges, throttle cables, clutch cables, and brake lines, extended fork tubes, Springers, Motogadget products, gas tanks, Antigravity products and custom invoiced items. If you purchase slide diaphragms or any kit including slide diaphragms, and you tear them on installation, we will not refund your purchase. The product page is clear on installation and we are not responsible for incorrect installation.

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us through the contact page Many items go in and out of backorder status rapidly and this can affect turn around times. We ship all orders first come first serve and every order as fast as possible and no order is ever unfulfilled.
We do not offer refunds on any shipping charges.
We do not offer expedited, overnight, or express services.
When USPS priority shipping is selected, it does not mean your order gets to you in 2 or 3 days, it is merely the name USPS gives to that method of shipping. We have no control over how they name their services. We do not offer overnight, expedited, or air services. When your order ships out, it will be shipped with the method you chose and you will receive tracking information via email. Most orders ship within 7-10 business days however this may be longer if you ordered a made to order item, pre-order items, or an item you ordered is out of stock. Please be aware that Covid-19 has caused serious logistics delays for us and some orders are being delayed longer than the usual wait times. There is nowhere on the website where we are currently giving expected transit times due to the logistic transit time delay issues in light of current events. If your order hasn't reached you, please reach out to us through the contact page and we will help you out right away.
We ship to the following countries - Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Current shipping restrictions may prevent shipping to these countries please check with your local carriers to find out if they are accepting shipments from the U.S.
All non-US customers are responsible for and agree to pay all import taxes and duties, which may be collected upon the delivery of your package.
PRE-ORDER ITEM POLICY
If you purchase an item categorized as "Pre-Order" or an item that states in the description there is an extended turn around time - this means the item can have a turn around time of up to 10 weeks or longer if stated in the description. This can take longer or shorter depending on workload. If a dispute is filed within that time, you will be asked to cancel the dispute so we may finish processing your order or issue you a refund. If you order multiple items and one or more of those items have an extended turn around time, the order will go out once all items have been fulfilled. If the stated turn around period has passed please send an email and we will quickly figure out where your order stands.
All products are limited warranty. If you have an issue with one of the products, you must contact us immediately so we may figure out the best course of action. Our tuning kits, rebuild kits, performance kits and performance parts are made to work with specific motorcycle models and with TJ Brutal Customs, LLC intake and exhaust parts. Using our tuning kits, rebuild kits, performance kits or any performance parts in combination with another companies parts is strongly recommended against. Doing so could cause irreparable damage to your bike. If you choose to ignore this, you do so at your own risk. TJ Brutal Customs, LLC assumes no responsibility in any damage incurred, to personal or public property. Modifying or attempting to fix any item will void any opportunity for us to fix it or replace it for free. Drilling, tapping, wrapping, coating, plating, modifying or welding any item voids any chance of fixing the item for you or replacing it. We will not repair or replace any handmade items that have been modified in any way. Wrapping exhaust or ceramic coating or plating of any kind on any items will be considered a void of this warranty. We will not repair or replace exhaust that has been wrapped. If you use anything other than a recommended cleaner or abrasive on the products, whether raw, powder coat, aluminum, chrome or brass this will void the warranty. Use of any chemicals on bare metal parts or plated or coated parts can result in adverse reactions, peeling powder coat or tarnishing bare metals or affecting plating negatively.
Modifying products or misuse of products in a way other than is recommended on the site will void any warranty. Using any product for an application it was not intended for will void any warranty. Failure to follow the instructions on any product will void warranty. Brass products, plated or solid are not covered under warranty. Brass is a very soft and fragile metal and prone to corrosion. Brass exhaust and brass components can change color and rust, pit, and corrode, especially if the bike is left outside, the bike is in a humid environment, or moisture is left on the brass. The brass exhaust especially must be kept dry and wiped down after use once the metal is cool to the touch. We do not warranty electrical items, or any glass items, headlight lenses, or lights.
Terms and conditions that apply to gas tanks that are made by hand in house: If purchased without lining, no warranty is expressed or implied. All tanks are pressure tested before shipping. Modifying the tank in any way voids warranty. If a tank is modified (any part being ground, cut, drilled, filed, bent, hammered, welded, or brazed) the warranty is void. Tanks may be painted after purchase, painting does not void the warranty.
If we warranty a part you have received, we will send you a return label and you will not have to pay any return shipping fees. In order for us to send you a replacement part for any warranty, we will need to see tracking movement for the warrantied part you are returning before we are clear to send you a replacement part, so returning the warrantied part as soon as possible is the best bet to ensure your replacement will ship to you right away. If the part covered under warranty requires any kind of finishing, i.e. powder coating, anodizing, chrome plating, ceramic plating, or polishing, there may be an additional turnaround time to ship the replacement part to you. No matter what the scenario, we will do everything within our power to get any part covered under warranty repaired/replaced for you as soon as humanly possible.
We prefer to email with our customers as it not only provides a black and white reference for both parties but it allows us both an easy reference if some information was shared. We respond to all emails within 5-7 business days. This is a VERY small shop and we do have days off. We are not robots! please provide your order # (i.e. TJ0001) not a paypal transaction ID, so we can help you more quickly.

Our products are for racetrack/offroad use only. We are not responsible for noise violation fines. It is your responsibility to research your local traffic laws to deem whether our parts are acceptable for your bike in your riding area. We are not responsible for any injury or damage to personal or public property.

Choosing a faster shipping method will not expedite the manufacturing process for your order. Shipping estimates are valid from the time your order leaves our shipping facility
Free Shipping applies to Domestic orders only. Although alternate shipping charges will apply. International shipments may be subject to an import fee. You can check with your local customs office to learn if your country charges any import fees and, if so, at which rates, we are not responsible for these fees and these must be paid by you or the package will either be returned to us and we cannot refund your shipping charges. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Once a package leaves the shop, we are no longer responsible for it. If your item is received damaged or lost you will need to contact the postal service or carrier. We are a small operation and things sometimes take longer than the big guys. No order is ever forgotten or lost and we process each order in the order they are received. If you only received only part of your order, this means we will be shipping the rest of it separately.
When ordering and shipping via USPS please be aware they are in control of their shipping methods names. Just because you selected "2 day priority" does not mean your package will arrive in 2 days. When your order ships it will be shipped using the method you chose. Due to the custom and handmade nature of many of our products, we do not offer expedited shipping as in many cases shipping something immediately would be impossible.
Some products have advertised turn around times however please note that due to the nature of manufacturing these products and in seasons of high demand (surges in order volume) orders can take up to 8-10 weeks to ship out. These demands can cause inventory availability to change rapidly and at any time. Many of our products are handmade and we do our best to anticipate our stock needs, however, we don't have a crystal ball and though we do our best to anticipate demands, sometimes our production quantities are sold through before we can re-stock or prevent overselling. We will do our absolute best to get your order out to you as soon as possible!
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of California. All products and shipping are subjugated to a California sales tax of 10.75%.
