Risers

  In the video TJBC posted on Youtube years ago about installing risers, Tj drills out the stock bushings. Ok cool, easy enough. When I installed my new risers I found out they seated and bolted perfectly into the tripletree without removing the bushings. 

  Is this because the risers are designed differently now, my year and model of bike doesn't need drilled, or something else?

  Yep, they're good to go as they are. I also bought risers and noticed the same thing. No need to drill out, just mount as-is.

  Yep, thats what I did. Installed and rode around easy to make sure everything fit right. Good to go. Why do more work than necessary? Glad im not the only one.
