With Allen heads, if I can get a hack saw onto the Allen head, without damaging anything else, I just saw a slit into it and use a flat head screwdriver. Using a larger Allen wrench has also worked...
I seem to be stuck now. Im making very small turns (⅛ to 1/16 turns) in and out on both the air/fuel and idle screws. Keeps jumping between slightly lean and slightly rich. Low to right idle ...
Finally got all 4 spark plugs pulled and cleaned. Bike fired right up! Still running a little rich. Turn the mix screw in a quarter turn at a time. White smoke is coming out. Must be lean now. Bike...

I would buy a new mix screw. The bent one might work but personally I wouldn't bother with it. If nothing else on the carb is broken or cracked, I dont see why it wouldn't work. Also, if you use th...

In the video TJBC posted on Youtube years ago about installing risers, Tj drills out the stock bushings. Ok cool, easy enough. When I installed my new risers I found out they seated and bolted perf...
@TJ That is very exciting! I'm looking forward to that happening.
Have you considered making parts and/or kits for vintage Hondas? I have a '76 cb750 and I think it would be awesome to have a one stop shop for my '07 and my '76.

@Smeltie I might check those out sometime
