so I have a 2005 Honda Shadow Sabre VT1100 2 I have so many questions about it.
1.If I remove the carburetor and install velocity stacks:
- The stock air box gets removed
- Does the air box stay removed permanently, or is it needed for anything after?
2.My main concern right now is the water pump (besides the carburetor).
- I’ve looked through forums and online posts, but I want a clearer explanation
- Ideally from someone who has worked on this exact bike/model
- I’m trying to understand:
- How the water pump works on this bike
- Common issues or failures
- What I should check or replace
- Anything important I should know before working on it
- do I have to buy OEM from dealer or can I buy off of eBay? Does anyone know of eom dealer of china for water pump on evay
