06 Sabre 5th gear power loss

  Bike had no problem hitting 110(speedometer). Bike sat for the winter so in cleaning the carb, I did the rebuild. Put velocity stacks on, pulled the baffles from the exhaust, rejetted to 50 pilots, 198/200 mains with 2 shims per needle. Now hitting 85 on the speedo is about all it's got. Some decel popping, but accelerating 1-4th gear is great, as soon as I shift to 5th the bike loses all get up and go with the motor not wanting to rev. Any ideas??
