HI, I have broken the pressure plate in a 1989 vt600. needless to say this item is no longer made so I need to know if later model parts, say 1992 onwards would be compatible.

TJ Admin Staff memberModeratorMember who has the rights to delete posts, and ban members form forum if they violate the rules.@ian watson it should be. i dont see any reason why they wouldnt be. theres cases where honda changed a part number, but when ive measured the two parts in my hands, theres no difference and they function the same. that pressure plate was used in the 600's, and a LOT of the vt750s as well. i think a 92 and newer would be just fine.
