This is the source of the oil no doubt, I can lift the head off the gasket a quarter inch! But I'd like to find out why it did this, overpressured? Did the bolt back out simply due to vibration?

@Zacharia Fouda also, the tuning kit comes with multiple jet sizes, so you may just be too rich, start with pilot circuit first, then once the bike idles good and stays on, move to the main circuit...
@Zacharia Fouda further tuning is required. its not necessarily a plug and play situation, sound slike you may have a stuck float or some gunk in there keeping the floats open, if the bike ran fine...

You can cut the frame pretty much up to the point of the shock mount if you want to keep the shocks.

Can anyone suggest which part of the rear subframe is a good spot to chop off? Cutting past the rear shocks might be a bad idea lol so how much space before the shocks should I cut off?
