I have installed the max performance kit on my 01 Shadow ace 750 dual carb. Got it jetted and shimmed and adjusted for a little bit but once the engine warms up it starts running rich and loads up and dies. If I let it cool for a minute I can get it started and idle for a bit and it loads up and dies. Sometimes I can keep it running by feathering the throttle but it always dies. Have checked for vacuum leaks and have good spark. When it dies I can hear a wheezing from the carburetor for the front cylinder. It never had problems with the stock set up and I don't understand why it's an issue now. I pulled the exhaust baffles and it made a huge difference but it will still die and not restart until it cools off. I noticed someone else had a similar problem on the forum but never posted his fix. It doesn't seem like it is vapor lock in the fuel line because I can see the fuel move in the filter and the tank cap is vented. Any ideas would be appreciated
