Stock riser bushings

  I have a 94 600 shadow and I want to powder coat my triple clamps. In order to do that the rubber in the riser needs to be removed ( rubber makes a really bad smell in the oven). Can I use the risers you have with the rubbers gone ? Or what should I do?

  @Richard E A yeah i just put a respirator on and torch the rubber out. 
  then you can run my risers with no rubber BS.
