E-Tank / Mono Strut Kit Mounting

Bry Guy 007 New MemberI bought the VT600 kit E-Tank / Mono Strut / AntiGravity bolt-on Battery box.
I got all the plastic box crap out of the bike, removed the old shock, and I installed the Mono Strut.
But I can't figure out where the E Tank and Battery Box mount. I watched some videos, and still can't see it. The battery box is bolt on, but I don't see where. And the E Tank seems to go where I'm pointing. (I think?)
Are the round brackets included for the coils? The curve on the bracketrs matches the tank perfectly, and match the hole size of the coils.
I think I need to remove the strut, do the battery box first, then E Tank, then re-install the mono strut – in order to get everything to fit.

In looking at it again this morning, I think I need to drill and tap into one of these supports underneith (red or blue circles) for the bolt-on battery box. Is that right? Or is there somewhere that's already tapped where it's designed to go?
Photo is looking down to where the old coolant resevoir was.

In the indiviual product description for the bolt in box, it says this below.
So I think I need to drill into the bar marked in red in the photo above – far to the right side.
Do you recommend drilling all the way through and running a bolt through the bar entirely, or just through the top of the tube and tapping it for a bolt? I'm thinking all the way through seems most sturdy.
