I am desperatly in need of two emulsion tubes for the honda vt750Dc dual carbs, the tubes where the needle goes in to not the jet.
@juriankwist ok so either you dont have stock VT750DC carbs, or you pulled out a non serviceable part. you didnt mention the year of your bike either, but the VT750DC began in 2001 and lasted till 2007.
This actually looks like the enriching circuit jet. You are not supposed to pull that out. the only emulsion tube that comes out will unscrew, it has a hex head and it holds the main jet. and underneath that there is a jet nedle. the pilot jet doesnt have an emulsion tube, and screws into the carb body. you pulled out your enriching circuit tube. no bueno. those are not meant to be serviced or removed. post more pics and i can help more. show me where this part came from.
I guess its a non serviceable part i should not have pulled out... but it's not that hard to press those out from the float side I thought I had to pull those out because in your rebuild video you where tapping on that part with the backside of your srewdriver but later in your vid i noticed that you left it in there... so i fkd up and ruined these because i tapped them with a punch from the wrong side which closed up the hole for the needle to fit in. These tubes are nowhere sold separately or in a rebuild kit. Oh and yes I have the oem keihin carbs.
