Tuning issues

  Hey everybody I'm having issues tuning right now I'm fouling plugs on a simple 30 min ride I've purchased the performance tuning kit went down a size to of main jet that was in it slightly help I have to check again tonight after closing the mixing screw some more I'm at about a turn and a 1/4 out. I'm also feeling the exhaust pressure from the pipes and my front seems to be slapping my hand while the rear is a constant pressure almost. I have a velocity stack and stainless turn downs, also tj these pipes have slots for bolts was it supposed to come with a bracket?

  @Edward Dobrovolny if your kit was missing parts you need to reach out to customer service.
