LF < 2007 Shadow VLX Deluxe 600 Front Break Line

So I called my local honda dealer and in HONDA'S INFINTE WISDOM, they have discontinued making the front break line for my bike. Mine has gone bad and I am looking for a "new" replacement. So I have a couple of questions:
1. Is there other compatible parts I can use and order that would fit and be brand new
2. If I am going to have to buy a second hand one (not to comfortable with that...) What are things I should look out for?
3. TJ I trust you and would be 100% willing to buy a used replacement from your shop if you have one because I know you won't sell me something that is already busted or pose a risk of failure. Do you happen to have one?
Please respond soon, Reason: I need to get my bike going asap because I need to take the top half of my cars motor apart to replace gaskets because I'm currently putting in a quart of oil into it every 3 days and I can't afford to keep doing so but I need to be able to get to work so I don't lose my job.. I'm stuck between a rock and hard place right now and would be EXETREMELY GRATEFUL for any help/advice.
