Hey TJB! I follow you on YouTube (which brings me here). I love your YouTube channel and have learned a lot. I got a question that maybe you or your forum members may be able to answer. I have a 2002 VT100 Shadow Saber, I bought it because it has 12,000 miles on it and seems to be in really good shape. The previous owner replaced the stock pipes with Cobra pipes. When I took it out for a test drive, the bike Popped during deceleration, a lot! I asked him about jetting and tuning and he assured me it was because the bike was cold. I bought the bike anyway because of the low mileage, I liked the bike, and I negotiated 1,500 for it. I brought it to a local Honda place for a tune up / assessment and was told the bike "is what it is" and to use the clutch when decelerating to stop the popping. Doesn't seem right to me. Thoughts?
