Coolant Line Capped?

  Hello all! I recently just picked up a 01 Shadow 600 with a few TJ mods, I noticed that the one (coolant?) line is capped from the radiator. Is this a common thing to do? Any reason to do it?

  @Austin Smith yes its common, its a coolant loop that touches the carb. nsomeone did the delete for you.  You will also see a nipple on the intake manifold that is also capped off.
