Vacuum ports on carb question

  I bought the performance carb rebuild kit and I seen a YouTube video for the 600 and 750. Where they explained to cap off what ports for vacuum on carbs. Is this the same for the 1100 mine is a 1994. And what do I do with the old hoses? Do I cap those off also.
