VTx 1300 running rich

  I just did some some work to my bike. I put a velocity stack, carb clean, tj airfuel mixture screw replace and a pair valve delete using dimpled block offs. My bike is running rich and starts up to easy like the choke is pulled out just wanted to see if there were anything i should look at while im in the bike to see if its the issue.
