So. Just wondering what you fine folks are using for liquid in your Ultrasonic cleaning machines?
It's time to get into the carb, and I have a mit full of jets that came with the bike for some reason,.
It has a perfomance kit installed already, but the previous owner struggled with getting the velocity stack to work correctly, and ended up with a pod style filter. I think there may have been some TPS shenanigans...🤔😕 I plan on rectifying that.

Ive been doing carbs for decades, the only thing Ive ever used in our sonic cleaner is Simple Green Aircraft Grade.
Ive done carbs going back to the 1920s ones, with no discoloration of the metal.
Home Depot or Lowes has it in gallon jugs $18.
I only use pods, dont need to suck in all the world has to offer.
@JUDASWOLF i use purple simple green, high heat and all plastic and rubber parts removed from the carbs.
@Eric Von Zipper The stacks i have been manufacturing for 14 yearts have a filtration screen in them, they dont let anything in that will hurt the engine. pods do not do well on the honda stock carbs, they create too much restriction and turbulence. Back in 2012 i paid over 2k to have my stacks tested on a real live honest to bench flow meter and made some changes to the designs to improve the flow.
I have a write up on why i dont use pods and such on the website tjbrutalcustoms.com =) Pods are fine on mechanical carbs where the slide is directly activated byt he throttle cable, but for a cv carb they are not ideal.
got 2006 Honda Shadow 750 Spirit new fuel carbs was installed kit from Brutal customs by the guy I bought it from The bike doesn't idle right and dies also on startup it got pulled the choke out that idle finds and turn off the choke it dies unless I'm moving unless I'm giving it gas and also when I'm riding down the street it bogs and backfires and I know it has something to do with the air mixture screws and I need help
Screw them all the way in, if it runs it is getting air from somewhere else, bad gaskets or cracked body.
