Hello! So I currently have the brass TJ grips and throttle but I want to ascend to the next step of chopper life and install an internal throttle.
I am looking at SKU 015639 and 015449 at Lowbrow, and wondering which one to choose and how I can make either of them work with TJ brass beauties. I think they have 1" and 1-1/6" diameters.
I am guessing I need to get a second left hand grip? Does that sound right? Is it possible to get just the left one?
Or can I just do some monkey stuff with an angle grinder? :D Please let me know your ideas
@Denis Panteleev Hey dude! ive used a few internal throttles and had to unfuck a few, and i have personally never been really satisfied with the results. I felt it was a lot of work and fenagling to get what i think were less than ideal results. To ME the throttle wasnt as smooth, and it was harder to maintain. BUT. if you wannt to do it, you should! I dont think we sell the grips individually, but Black friday is happening now so im sure you can score a set for a good deal!! Let us know how it goes! be sure to take losts of pics and post em up here! we like pictures!
