2003 VT600 running only on the front cylinder

  Help!! I've been riding my 03' VT600 around for a couple of weeks, and it was running great! I literally rode it yesterday with no issues, other than there being an incredibly rich fuel smell. Today, the rear cylinder won't fire at all. What should I do? Thanks!
