Air/Fuel mixture screw too loose

  Hi, I have a dual carb honda shadow and one of the air/fuel mixture screws is too loose that it can turn with just the vibration. I'm sure it was not too backed out to have it too loose. Any idea how to fix this?

  @Kevin Miranda you may be missing the spring, the spring is too short, the washers are not in there properly or youre putting the screw in on top of old washers that werent removed. thats my best guess.
