96 Honda vt600c I'm getting an overcharge to the battery. I've replaced the regulator and stator and battery. The multimeter showed 15 or so volts when I revved between quarter and half throttle. Went for a ride and now it's dark and my lights are reacting to the rpms again. (They dim when I'm coming to a stop) I don't know where to turn next. Plz help
