Contacted TJBC on Instagram and was referred here, so here I am!
I'm quite sold on the outlaw lever, since that's a legal option for a jockey shift where I live. Main problem is that cutting into the frame in any way is opening a can of worms, big time. Lots of paperwork and possible extra fees. Anyone had luck mounting the lever without cutting that tab as demonstrated in the video? Alternatively, can it be bent/bent back? Welded back on etc.
Secondly, anyone had luck making something look great with the stock rear of the frame? I obviously can't do a hardtail conversion either, not being able to modify the frame.
Really hope someone has some insight and inspiration to share!
