My buddy and I are working on this bike and it has some kind of electrical issue. It's not getting spark we've tried to swap coil packs and look through fuses and connections. We have a new ignition control module but we are still unsure how to test the stator or the rectifier. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Ryan Phipps hard to say man, youre just going ot have to use the wiring diagram and go through each connection starting at the battery. more often than not its a loose or corroded connection on these bikes that causes problems!

@TJ by any chance you know where I can find a new Ignition Control module for a 1994 VT1100C? I'm pretty sure mines fried. I've seen a few websites but they look shady AF. Only other options I've seen is used ones on eBay for like $350-$400...

Hey TJ just bought my first bike. It's a 98 Honda shadow 750c ACE. Runs great. However when I came to a stop earlier it shut off so bought a new battery it was 8 years old. However when I got home and went to park it it acted like it wanted to die on me again. Can you give me any points to check out to try and figure it out. Also it's difficult to get it to go to neutral any advice.
