Vlx 600 carb broken??

  Just got done rebuilding this carb, first timer on carb rebuilds. It's cold where I am and I tightened a screw while holding the carb but now there's movement in one of the pieces and I'm not sure if it's normal or not. it moves back and forth but I can't upload a video of it so I got a picture.   @Matthew Amzler That does nothing. LOL thats a dead end, coolant was hooked up to those, but you can pull that piece off the carb. They do not flow into the carb, its literally a U-turn.
