Builders Exhaust Boss Kit - Honda Shadow VT750 1998 - 2020

The Builders Exhaust Boss Kit can be used to make your very own custom exhaust for the Honda Shadow VT750 Spirit, ACE, AERO, Phantom, and RS from 1998 - 2020. These bosses are machined from DOM steel and include the collars and hardware needed to mount your new hand built pipes to your bobber or chopper! 

Each Kit Contains:

• Qty 1 Set of Exhaust Bosses - Machined from DOM steel
• Qty 1 set of Exhaust Collars - Laser cut from 3/8" thick steel
• Qty 4 Aluminum Spacers
• Qty 4 Flange nuts 

You will need to source your own tubing with this kit. The forward boss is a butt weld fit to 1.75" tubing and the rear pipe is a butt weld fit to 1.75" tubing. This kit is intended for use with 1.75 tubing but can be used with 1.5" or 2" with some creativity.

NOTE: When installing your exhaust , the boss and collar will not sit flush with the exhaust port, there WILL be a gap. Do not overtighten the exhaust nuts as this can lead to undesirable results.

This kit will only fit the Honda Shadow VT750 models listed above. 
It will not fit any other models.
