Complete Performance Carb Rebuild Kit - Honda Shadow VT1100

This Complete Performance Carb Rebuild kit is for the Honda Shadow VT1100.  If you got a velocity stack from us, and/or exhaust you will definitely need to re-jet and tune your carb with one of these kits! 

Any time a change is made to exhaust or intake, a re-jet is necessary. Sometimes this change is subtle, other times, the change is more drastic, And there is no quick one size fits all formula, so tuning does mean you may need to pull the carbs a few times. we recommend a little grease on the intake boots to ease the installation and removal of the carbs. Nobody likes chafing! Lube helps!! 

This kit is meant to work with a free flowing velocity stack intake and a free flowing exhaust system. This is intended as a performance upgrade with velocity stacks and or/open exhaust and is not recommended for a stock intake/exhaust setup.

Carb Kit Includes: 

• Main Jets (two of each size) - 195, 198, 200
• Pilot Jets (two of each size) - 45, 48, 50
• 4 Brass Needle Shims 
• 2 Air/Fuel Long Handle Mix Screw 
• 2 Complete Slide Assemblies with jet needles
• 2 Float Needle Valve Assemblies
• 1 TJBC Dual Carb Vacuum Plug Kit
• Stainless Carb Bolt Replacement Kit
• The air fuel mix mixture screw handles are numbered so you can easily count how many turns in or out you are, to make tuning a breeze! 
  

These jet kits are NOT intended to work with stock intake/exhaust setups this is specifically for open intake and open/aftermarket exhaust.

This kit pairs well with our VT1100 Velocity Stacks and the Dual carb shorty chokes
