Where to cut the frame?

So I have the monostrut installed, I guess now is the time that I need to cut the frame. Do I just cut off the back part where the rear fender was? I ultimately want to weld the horizontal bar that was under the seat to the upper bar coming from the rear tire, but I am not sure what to do with the bar that is coming straight up.
This is my first chopper project, I apologize in advance, I am likely going to be asking a lot of dumb questions. I appreciate everyone's patience in advance.

The red lines indicate other areas where people cut depending on the look you want and the amount of fabrication skill you have you can pretty much do anything you want here.
