Max performance kit vt1100 94

Recently got a sweet deal on a 94 vt1100 for $700. It wouldn't start when I bought it. In an attempt to diagnose the issue i decided to rebuild the carb. I ended up buying an OEM carb rebuild kit. After pulling the carbs and inspecting the innards, the pilot jets were fully clogged with foam from the air filter that the PO installed. I also changed the spark plugs, oil, etc., general maintenance stuff. The bike runes great now, but I want to run a less restricted exhaust set up, which means a rejet is necessary. I bought the MAX rebuild kit, as i plan on installing velocity stacks and the stainless exhaust setup with integrated baffling.
Any recommendations on which pilot jet and main jet combo to run first?
