1100 v stack's

  For the life of me I can not get my carbs tuned. I have aftermarket tank and and sits higher than stock so more air flow under the tank. Used every jet in the kit still nothing but backfiring at 45 50 MPH just bumping the throttle. Runs perfect at full throttle. I have another 1100 with just k an n filter carb works great on it . Just the v stack's giving me a issue. Put stock set up back on no issues. Any thoughts
