01 vlx deluxe plus TJ

  New to the forum, but needed a place to brag on the build I've done thanks to TJ Brutal Customs! 

  Bike is '01 VLX deluxe with 36,000 mi. and has always ran good but this build woke it up! After drooling over parts for 6 months, My Beautiful Girl Rose bought Me the Max performance kit with Magnus V upsweeps and gave Me cash enough for Acerus single cable throttle control with throttle lock (THANK YOU TJ!), 10" handlebars and 6" fork extensions!! Along with several other parts from various places and a shit-ton of hours hand polishing all of the aluminum factory parts.

  Everything from TJ fit perfectly and following the videos made it easy!

  Thank You! That means a lot coming from a builder! And I do have the best Girl ever!! But the bike runs like a scalded dog, thanks to You! I appreciate everything You do and I'm going to be purchasing more stuff soon!!

  @Carl Johnson Nice ride! I really like the backward tips on the upswept pipes. I've never seen that before, always just straight upswepts. I bet she sounds sweet.

  @Terry Walters it does sound awesome! Rowdy as hell! Those dump outs are for a car!! Bought them online and they fit perfectly! I pushed them all the way down onto TJ's pipes then drilled and tapped them so I could put allen bolts with lock washers to keep them in place. Worked perfectly...
