Running backdraft pipes and carb tune/rebuild kit with stock intake?

  I'm just wondering if I can snag a set of pipes here and the carb rebuild/tuning kit and have everything I need to get my bike running properly if I will be using the stock intake. I understand that the kits are designed to be used with the velocity stacks, but will the carb kit contain all the proper jet sizes to have the bike running perfect if I just plan to change only the exhaust? I'm really not sold on spending a premium for such menial performance gain on a... honda shadow from 2002. I just want loud pipes and I like that the kits here are all in one and also include new hardware to rebuild the carbs and have them looking nice. I also just want to know so I don't waste money buying a kit from here that's only meant to work with the stacks when I could just buy pipes only here and then get a jet kit from somewhere else. Thank you!

  @EvilSkunk yes you can get he bike to run with the kit without stacks. you will still need to tune, i recommend replacing your paper filter with a foam element at the very least. it will make your tuning process easier. you can get sheets of green unifilter foam and just cut it to shape.
