Vt600 hard tail

  I recently hard tailed my vt600 and I’m concerned I’ve somehow bent the frame. Ive taken the rear wheel off a few times since modifying the frame and everything has been fine. Went to take it off today and noticed the assembly was tighter than before and I had to tap the drum brake side collar off. Now I can’t get it back on without really forcing it. Where do I go from here? thanks, any help would be much appreciated.

  @Brandon Martin if you welded the hardtail without bracinhg the axle plates, then yes, at some point the heat input was enough to bend the axle plates inward.

  @TJ am I fine to just bend it outwards enough to get the wheel on, or am I totally hooped? Thanks

  @Brandon Martin DONT TRY TO BEND ANYTHING. 
  if you can squish the space rin there with some effort, fine.
  but do not try to bend your axle plate. The bike will not track correctly. youll do more damage than good.
