  • Hello from Frozen North.Alberta..Canada..after riding Gold Wings since 1976,this 600 isnt very comfy..my arms are strectched out too far. hoping to find some risers that pull back  that bolt under the stock bars.i just put on set of new soft foam grips..so im not cutting them off to change bars.stock 88 600 handlbars

  • @giftedgoldwinger Ufortunately theres no real way that im aware of to pull the one piece bars back.obviously with some real fabrication anything is possible. but if thats not an option,  youll need to get some regular risers that bolt in (and i do offer some on the website), and then find a set of bars that you like and that feel comfortable to you. Bear in mind, the stock length of clutch, throttle cable and brake line will likely not fit if you get a set of bars thats taller, or with more pullback. They MAY work, but be real careful that the lines arent tightening when you turn the bars, and the brake line isnt stretching, if the front end unloads. It's super not a fun time to have a brake line burst while riding!   And grips can come off bars very easily with an airgun underneath. 😁
