1995 shadow with 2004 motor issues

  Hello, We swapped engines from a 1995 to a 2004 motor , everything matched up and bolted the same . Now our issue is we have crank and no spark, we have now figured out the old motor had 4 wires, double pulse generators and the new motor has 2 wires with 1 pulse generator what do we need to do to make this motor work? Add another pulse generator? Or a new ecu that's made for this year of motor? We have fought this for months please help thank you and God bless

  @Cody Sagers ooooh major bummer my friend.  
  the 2004 wiring system and computer is completely different from the 1995. You will need to find a complete wiring harness for a 2004-2007. Thats the only wiring harness that will work with that motor. your wiring harness cannot be modified nor can the computer.
