  Great videos, thanks. Newer to motorcycles. Rebuilding a Shadow (father/daughter project). Have new Carb. Came with pilot jet size 45. An 120 and 125 main jets. I live in Flagstaff, AZ, 7000 ft. Any tips on jet sizes as I start to tune this thing? smaller than 120? or adjust using fuel mixture screw, etc. (plan to replace the d shaped air fuel mixture screw, would like the long handle screw you show in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPCZHxmYpPQ )
