      At long last! The TJ Brutal Customs, Springer Front End Kit for the Honda Shadow VT600 / VLX600 is here! This kit fits the VT600 1988 - 2007 ONLY.  IT DOES NOT FIT ANY OTHER BIKE.

      +2" length will put your bike right about at stock riding height

      +4" length will be a bit longer than stock and the bike will start to bring the neck up higher, and the frame will not be parallel to the ground, but more of an incline. 

      +6" is a classic choppertown look, the bike will lean up more and lean over on the kickstand, VERY gangster! 

      This kit includes the Springer Forks AND The Adapter Kit! 

      Springer Kit Includes:

      • Springer Forks- Your choice of Chrome or Black and different lengths
      • Custom TJBC Steering Stem made for your Honda VLX600, VT600
      • Upgraded Roller Steering Bearings and Races
      • Wheel Bearings
      • Wheel Spacer
      • Wheel Bearing Adapters
      • Axle Spacers
      • TJBC Custom Machined Top Clamp (Black)
      • M8 x 1.25mm thread Stainless Steel Socket Head Screws for the top clamp

      After undergoing years of R&D and an uphill battle with incorrect parts, machining delays, hangnails, a lack of snacks, and a general distaste for the unwashed masses, our Honda Shadow VT600 Springer Kits are finally seeing the light of day!! This is a bolt-on kit that requires no drilling, no cutting, no welding, and includes our video, "How To Install A Front End Springer Kit On The Honda Shadow VT600," taking all of the guesswork out of installation. 

      EASY TO INSTALL IN 11 SIMPLE STEPS!

      • Remove stock front end.
      • Drift out stock steering bearing races.
      • Install steering bearing races.
      • Drift out wheel bearings and wheel spacer.
      • Install wheel bearing adapters into the bearings
      • Install new wheel bearings with bearing spacer in hub.
      • Mount axle and wheel spacers to Springer.
      • Remove Harley steering stem.
      • Install VT600 steering stem into springer.
      • Install lower steering bearing dust shield and bearing.
      • Install Springer to steering neck.
      • Install top steering bearing with dust cover.
      • Install top clamp, centering nut, and stem nut.
      • Tighten top clamp bolts.

      IMPORTANT STUFF!  >>> The stock risers on your Honda Shadow will not fit these Springers.  You will have to use studs and shims or risers that thread with a drop in cap head bolt.

      I ordered this kit and had some questions regarding what parts were shipped, fast replies and they were even able to help me out with parts I ordered over a year ago. The springer itself is bad ass best thing I’ve done to the bike so far.

      You Must Be Kidding!

      Seriously, a full bolt-on springer front for the VLX? YES! YOU READ THAT RIGHT! Tommy is without a doubt the most dedicated dude to these scoots. His passion is unbridled, his work ethic unmatched. By the time you read this he has probably dreamed up another custom modification and how he can put it into production. This is a MUST HAVE for any chopped VLX and is on my own list of future mods. Having been a customer and having had many conversations with Tommy, I can say order yours and be assured of a high quality piece with all the right custom parts that were thoughtfully researched and provided. Questions? I'm certain he's more than ready to help, after all he is THE man and quite frankly looks pretty spiffy riding that unicorn with matching tutu.
