TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS is the only motorcycle parts company that offers an unconditional lifetime guarantee. In the unlikely event that your item needs to be repaired or replaced, we are here for you.

Our guarantee means if your item is ever broken or damaged, we will repair it free of charge.

This Warranty covers all TJ Brutal Customs products in shopping carts with values under $250

Our warranty covers the repair or replacement of all functional aspects of your TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS proprietary parts should they be damaged or lost in transit, defective or become damaged, faulty or non-functional due to manufacture defect.

Our warranty does not cover parts made by other manufacturers or brands, cosmetic wear or cleaning, damage caused to your motorcycle, or the replacement of lost or stolen items.

If your item is damaged by a carrier in transit, we suggest that you file a claim with the carrier. If you choose not to do this and instead wish for us to replace your item, we will be happy to do so at no charge.

Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your item to its original condition. Due to discontinuation of a particular part or color, identical replacement parts may not be available. TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS will repair or replace a damaged part with the closest matching part or component in the closest matching color.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item to us, however, we will return the favor and ship your item back to you free of charge

Our warranty is not transferable.
