General Return Policy

• To request a return, refund, or order cancellation, contact us with your order number (e.g., BC0000) at https://shoptjbc.com/pages/contact. 

• If approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item, but your bank may take up to 30 days to complete the transaction.

• Filing a PayPal or credit card dispute before contacting us may void your eligibility for a refund. 

• We reserve the right to decline any return, refund, or cancellation request.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be pre-approved and in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

• Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if damaged.

• Used, damaged, discontinued, final-sale, or non-stocked items cannot be returned.

• Rubber products (vacuum plugs, diaphragms, tubes, tires, etc.) are non-refundable and non-warrantied.

Non-Returnable Items

Cancellations and returns are not allowed for:

• Shipping charges

• Throttle cables, clutch cables, brake lines or any other type of cable or line

• Extended fork tubes, Springers

• Motogadget products, Antigravity products

• Merchandise not made by TJ Brutal Customs

• Custom-invoiced items

• Items purchased over 90 days ago.

Special Cases

• Sale Price Adjustments: Refunds or store credit for price differences must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.

• Orders placed before a sale cannot be canceled and reordered at a lower price.

Shipping Information

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• USPS Priority Shipping refers to the carrier’s service name, not a guaranteed 2-3 day delivery.

• Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

• Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, but pre-orders or out-of-stock items may take longer. Check the product descriptions for pre-order shipping windows. 

• We cannot guarantee transit times once with the carrier, as they depend on the shipping carrier.

• If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We ship to the following countries - Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Current shipping restrictions may prevent shipping to these countries please check with your local carriers to find out if they are accepting shipments from the U.S.

All non-US customers are responsible for and agree to pay all import taxes and duties, which may be collected upon the delivery of your package.

Free Shipping applies to Domestic orders only.  We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Once a package leaves the shop, we are no longer responsible for it. 

PRE-ORDER ITEM POLICY

If you order a pre-order item, it’s still in production and will ship around the estimated date stated in the product description. These dates are target dates we aim to begin shipping. If your order includes both pre-order and non-pre-order items, the non-pre-order items will ship separately based on our standard fulfillment times.

We do not guarantee that information on our website is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing, description and availability of products. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change information at any time without prior notice.

All products are limited warranty unless a lifetime warranty was purchased. If you have an issue with one of the products, you must contact us immediately so we may figure out the best course of action. We strongly recommend not using our parts in conjunction with other manufacturers parts. Doing so could cause irreparable damage to your bike.  If you choose to ignore this, you do so at your own risk. TJ Brutal Customs, LLC assumes no responsibility in any damage incurred, to personal or public property. Modifying or attempting to fix any item will void any opportunity for us to fix it or replace it for free. Drilling, tapping, wrapping, coating, plating, modifying or welding any item voids any chance of fixing the item for you or replacing it. Wrapping exhaust or ceramic coating or plating of any kind on any items will be considered a void of this warranty. We will not repair or replace exhaust that has been wrapped. If you use anything other than a recommended cleaner or abrasive on the products, whether raw, powder coat, aluminum, chrome or brass this will void the warranty. Use of any chemicals on bare metal parts or plated or coated parts can result in adverse reactions, peeling powder coat or tarnishing bare metals or affecting plating negatively. 

Modifying products or misuse of products in a way other than is recommended on the site will void any warranty. Using any product for an application it was not intended for will void any warranty. Failure to follow the instructions on any product will void warranty. Brass products, plated or solid are not covered under warranty. Brass is a very soft and fragile metal and prone to corrosion. Brass exhaust and brass components can change color and rust, pit, and corrode, especially if the bike is left outside, the bike is in a humid environment, or moisture is left on the brass. The brass exhaust especially must be kept dry and wiped down after use once the metal is cool to the touch. We do not warranty electrical items, or any glass items, headlight lenses, or lights. 

Terms and conditions that apply to gas tanks that are made by hand in house: If purchased without lining, no warranty is expressed or implied. We strongly recommend you line your tank with something like red-kote. All tanks are pressure tested before shipping.  If a tank is modified (any part  being ground, cut, drilled, filed, bent, hammered, welded, or brazed) the warranty is void. Tanks may be painted after purchase, painting does not void the warranty. 

If you purchased a lifetime warranty for a part manufactured by TJ Brutal Customs, we will send you a return label and you will not have to pay any return shipping fees. In order for us to send you a replacement part for any warranty, we will need to see tracking movement for the warrantied part you are returning before we are clear to send you a replacement part, so returning the warrantied part as soon as possible is the best bet to ensure your replacement will ship to you right away.  If the part covered under warranty requires any kind of finishing, i.e. powder coating, anodizing, chrome plating, ceramic plating, or polishing, there may be an additional turnaround time to ship the replacement part to you.  No matter what the scenario, we will do everything within our power to get any part covered under warranty repaired/replaced for you as soon as humanly possible.

We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone, for any reason, without explanation. So don't be a dick! Please be nice even if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will do everything in our power to make you happy!! 

Our products are for racetrack/offroad use only. We are not responsible for noise violation fines. It is your responsibility to research your local traffic laws to deem whether our parts are acceptable for your bike in your riding area. We are not responsible for any injury or damage to personal or public property.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of California. All products and shipping are subjugated to a California sales tax of 10.75%.

Data Processing Addendum

1. Definitions

(a) “Data Protection Legislation” means European Directives 95/46/EC and 2002/58/EC, and any legislation and/or regulation implementing or made pursuant to them, or which amends or replaces any of them (including the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679);

(b) “Data Processor”, “Data Subject”, “Processor”, “Processing”, “Subprocessor”, and “Supervisory Authority” shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Data Protection Legislation;

(c) “Personal Data” as used in this Addendum means information relating to an identifiable or identified Data Subject who visits or engages in transactions through your store (a “Customer”), which TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC Processes as a Data Processor in the course of providing you with the Services.

(d) All other capitalized terms in this Addendum shall have the same definition as in the Agreement.

2. Data Protection

2.1. Where a Data Subject is located in the European Economic Area, that Data Subject’s Personal Data will be processed by TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC. As part of providing the Services, Subjects Data will not be transferred out of country.

2.2. When TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC Processes Personal Data in the course of providing the Services, TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC will:

2.2.1. Process the Personal Data as a Data Processor, only for the purpose of providing the Services in accordance with documented instructions from you (provided that such instructions are commensurate with the functionalities of the Services), and as may subsequently be agreed to by you. If TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC is required by law to Process the Personal Data for any other purpose, TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC will provide you with prior notice of this requirement, unless TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC is prohibited by law from providing such notice;

2.2.2. notify you if, in TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC opinion, your instruction for the processing of Personal Data infringes applicable Data Protection Legislation;

2.2.3. notify you promptly, to the extent permitted by law, upon receiving an inquiry or complaint from a Data Subject or Supervisory Authority relating to TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC Processing of the Personal Data;

2.2.4. implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft, alteration or disclosure. These measures shall be appropriate to the harm which might result from any unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, damage or theft of Personal Data and appropriate to the nature of the Personal Data which is to be protected;

2.2.5. provide you, upon request, with up-to-date attestations, reports or extracts thereof where available from a source charged with auditing TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC data protection practices (e.g. external auditors, internal audit, data protection auditors), or suitable certifications, to enable you to assess compliance with the terms of this Addendum;

2.2.6. notify you promptly upon becoming aware of and confirming any accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful processing of, disclosure of, or access to the Personal Data;

2.2.7. ensure that its personnel who access the Personal Data are subject to confidentiality obligations that restrict their ability to disclose the Customer Personal Data; and

2.2.8. upon termination of the Agreement, TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC will promptly initiate its purge process to delete or anonymize the Personal Data. If you request a copy of such Personal Data within 60 days of termination, TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC will provide you with a copy of such Personal Data.

2.3 In the course of providing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC may use Subprocessors to Process the Personal Data. TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC use of any specific Subprocessor to process the Personal Data must be in compliance with Data Protection Legislation.

3. Miscellaneous

3.1 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement and this Addendum, the provisions of this Addendum shall prevail. For avoidance of doubt and to the extent allowed by applicable law, any and all liability under this Addendum, including limitations thereof, will be governed by the relevant provisions of the Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC may amend this Addendum from time to time by posting the relevant amended and restated Addendum on TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC’s website, available at www.shoptjbc.com and such amendments to the Addendum are effective as of the date of posting. Your continued use of the Services after the amended Addendum is posted to TJ BRUTAL CUSTOMS, LLC’s website constitutes your agreement to, and acceptance of, the amended Addendum. If you do not agree to any changes to the Addendum, do not continue to use the Service.

3.2 Save as specifically modified and amended in this Addendum, all of the terms, provisions and requirements contained in the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and govern this Addendum. If any provision of the Addendum is held illegal or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, such provision shall be severed and shall be inoperative, and the remainder of this Addendum shall remain operative and binding on the parties.

3.3 The terms of this Addendum shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the laws of the United States applicable therein, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California with respect to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Addendum.
