02 vt600 I have open pipes and a v stack. Been a rough time tuning and noticing pooling and bubbling out of needle jet at idle. Float seat has been polished clean.
@adan salazar oh man... i have the same issue. Ive tried polishing the bottom seat on the emulsion tube that presses against the needle jet aswell. Changed the needle jet. I tube tested the float bowl to see if it was overflowing during idle, due to vibrations making the fuel bypass the float needle, but no... My engiine draws fuel from needle jet att idle still. Makes me think that its not pulling fuel from pilot jet correctly. Even though i made sur fuel passages at air passages are clear i am going to buy a ultrasonic cleaner and test it out. If i dont get it to work iam considering buying a new carburator. Peace:)

ok so it did not make it better. But 30 min in gasoline and a can of brake clean later my carb is clean and clear.
