Carb Rebuild & Tuning Work W/Stock-ish?

  The guy I bought my 07 VLX from laid it down and replaced the exhaust with Cobra pipes. Eventually I want to swap to them sexy Magnus Vs. Also, down the line I'm thinking about swapping to velocity stacks, but will keep the stock air and Cobra on for a bit, while waiting on disposable income.  

  My question is, will the complete performance carb rebuild and tuning kit work with stock air intake and my cobra pipes? Description says meant to work with TJBrutal stacks and exhaust, so thought I'd check first.

  @Russell Nelson you will need to tune once for the exhaust and then again if you go to stacks later. dont cut corners either.  The performance kit using the smallest jets should work with the exhaust and stock intake but i would obviously do a plug chop and ensure that im not running too rich.

  Thug life. I'll snag the complete performance carb rebuild and tuning kit and def tune with the current stock intake and current pipes, and again when I upgrade to the Vs and stacks. Much appreciated!
