Scrambler Sportster 48

Im looking to build my 2019 sportster 48 into a scrambler/dirtster like in the photo. not one for fone but general idea
this is the biggest project ive gone for outside mild modifactions on my last iron 883 and current ducati cafe racer. am i in over my head with this? im willing to spend a good chunk of change but am extreamly worried about getting parts that dont fit or look quite like i expected. any advise would be great.
what ive got: bike is essentually stock but mid ctrls, exhaust, air clearner, biltwell bars, throttle tube and grips.
what ive got picked out: burly brand 13" rear shocks.
what i know i need, just not specifics: chain converson. skid gaurd. front and rear fender, tank, front break overhaul/hand ctrls. anything else is low priority like lights or general cosmetic mods.
again any recommendations for parts, websites, or any oversights i have would really be appreciated. or just let me know if this is an idea i should scrap and move on from lol
