Gear Driven Cam and Runout

  Hi everyone.  I have a 2020 Roadglide with a 107 engine.  I swapped out the cam for a gear driven S&S 465.  Also changed out the pushrods to adjustables.  After 4 years, on the drive shaft is still 0.002".  Lash is 0.001" How often should I check the runout, lash, and pushrods.
