recently picked up my shadow none running got a rebuild/ jet kit from tj's. i went with 45 main jets and front got a 195 and rea got 198 pilot jets. went with two shims on the needles. i have also done a full new fuel system, petcock, filter, fuel pump and relay. the bike struggles to run with choke an will die out in gear. idle with throttle and shes fine. stock air box with open header exhaust. 2 1/2 turns out on the air/fuel mixture screws.
anyone know what my problem could be ? plugs are black after being new, assuming to much fuel but am at a loss if i need to get stacks an go bigger jets or go smaller.
