This Performance Tuning kit is for the Honda Shadow VT1100! If you got a VT1100 velocity stack from us, and/or VT1100 exhaust you will definitely need to re-jet and tune your carb with one of these kits!
Any time a change is made to exhaust or intake, a re-jet is necessary. This VT1100 Tuning kit is meant to work with a free flowing velocity stack intake and a free flowing exhaust system. This is intended as a VT1100 performance upgrade with velocity stacks and or/open exhaust and is not recommended for a stock intake/exhaust setup.

The air fuel mix screw handles are numbered so you can easily count how many turns in or out you are, to make tuning a breeze!
These VT1100 jet kits are NOT intended to work with stock intake/exhaust setups this is specifically for open intake and open/aftermarket exhaust. Not all carbs will require the vacuum plugs. your carbs may not have the nipples that need to be plugged.

Bought this kit to go with the backdraft exhaust and since it was coming apart I got the velocity stacks too. Thanks to the help of TJs carb rebuild video I did it myself and threw the big jets in. After some tuning she runs great and pulls better!
Worked perfectly. I put the drag pipes on with the velocity stacks and the jet kit. Took a few times removing the carburetor to get the correct jet combination but it comes with everything you need. The thumb screws are perfect for fine tuning. Great website and would highly recommend.
Picked up a bike from someone who had changed the pipes. Never bothered to change the jets. Watching a few of TJ's videos had to be fully confident I could take care of this issue. Jets worked perfect.
I used the biggest pilot jet,and it still runs lean. The velocity stacks don't fit in the frame. Rubbing the wiring harness. I was very exited about this order,now I'm dissappointed. I had a good running bike, now it runs like trash.
Jets went in no problem, followed the video on youtube.
