These exhaust baffles fit 16ga 1.75" exhaust and install easily into the end of any of our straight cut tip exhaust and some mufflers to reduce the noise level.

These baffles fit the straight cut versions of our exhaust models :

  • Backdraft Exhaust - Honda Shadow VT600 VLX600 88-07
  • Backdraft Exhaust - Honda VT750 - 2004 & Up Aero Phantom Spirit
  • Backdraft Exhaust - Honda VT750 Spirit, ACE, Aero, RS
  • Magnus V Upsweep Exhaust - Honda Shadow VT600 VLX600

These baffles install in only minutes using the included hardware. To install measure how far in you want the baffle to be, and drill a small hole to bolt the baffle in. EASY!

If you want the longer baffles for the Backdraft exhaust, you will need to trim about 1.25" off the end of the baffle and it will fit the rear pipe perfectly.

Short exhaust baffles are approx 4"
Long exhaust baffles are approx 8"

Baffles are sold EACH. If you want 2 baffles, order QTY 2.

These will not fit the Boot Burners, or any model of exhaust we carry with a dump out tip.

From loud to mean

Ordered these awesome baffles to tone down my straight pipes and give a little back pressure. Man the improvement is amazing and sounds mean

Well designed and built

I ordered the 4" baffles for my 94 vt1100 project for the time being to quiet down the chopped pipes just a hair. The bike is still loud but definitely took the bark down just enough. I added about 5" of pipe at the end of the stock pipes and mounted the baffles there.

Everything I've bought has a personal touch like I've known these people for years.

Do the job well

I purchased both baffles, 2 of each size; obviously had to rejet. Work super well and dont wake up the neighbors when I leave; also I didnt notice any lack of power. Use loctite because I lost one of my 4" on a ride through the blue ridge mountains.
