These are momentary ON/OFF push button switches and can be used as a circuit interrupt switch or a start button.
The chrome button will require a .750" hole to install
The black and brass buttons will require a .625" hole to install
Not Cheap but I wanted brass and that wasn’t easy for me to find. Push bottoms are a dime a dozen in the hardware store but brass is t as easily available

I'm no wiring expert but watching TJ's install and doing my own research (have a 2024) I ended up gutting the old start stop assembly and reusing that harness, plugged it in at the headlight, wrapped and routed it back, drilled a hole and BAM! Install complete and she fires right up! Looks sick too!
